Having a vote: Need opinions

Okay, so I'm in the process of trying to draw my OC, Cecility
(Reference picture in my gallery titled under "From Kendy"; credits go to Kendy [link])
But... I kind of left her like this ever since my computer crashed down.
Yes. I didn't give her the back hair or any facial features yet... and I admit. She undeniably looks like a male.
Another confession: I have a discarded gender-bended version of Cecility. He looks kind of girly at the time, so I threw him out ;-;
But he's just her with no back hair... and instead of silver hair + black streak, has black hair + white streak... Oh and all the other black & white features are swapped.
I'm going to prevent myself from expanding further into an explanation, so I'll just get to the point:
For this, should I draw the male version? ;_;
I feel like she looks a lot better with shorter hair here...
