I was drawing Cecility... who in the world are YOU? o_o
Even though it doesn't have a lineart... it's not really painted either.
Bleh. Just tried something different and let my hands do w/e they went l:
Might get back on this later.
Note to self: Fix/add butterflies/light things, draw in normal night-time city background, recolor back part of the hair
